THIS AGREEMENT FUNDS TRIBAL CONTINUING ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS FOR CLEAN WATER ACT 106 AND 319. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FULL FEDERAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,008.
