ONCE THE DISCHARGEENTERS THE TREATMENT PLANT, AERATION AND OR CAUSTIC WILL BE ADDED BEFORE ENTERING A SERIES OF PONDS TO REMOVE THEMETALS BEFORE OUT-LETTING INTO THE STREAM AS CLEAN WATER. PIPING VICTOR 10 TO THE 20 MINE ACTIVE TREATMENTSYSTEM WILL BE COST-EFFECTIVE AND WILL CLEAN UP APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE OF STREAM.
