The award will provide funding for Reserve staff and students, operational supplies, and limited travel. San Francisco State University, which houses the Reserve's headquarters, is serving as the prime awardee and is providing a $470,571 state match to cover the full indirect costs, allowing the federal funds to be used directly for the Reserve's priorities.
