BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW (BIL) - CALIFORNIA SMART MANUFACTURING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF PLANNING AND RESEARCH IS BUILDING UPON EXISTING PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SMART MANUFACTURING TRAINING, ASSESSMENTS/ROADMAPS, AND APPRENTICESHIPS TO 1,800 SMMS AND THEIR WORKERS.
