TASKS: PROVIDE TWO OPPORTUNITIES IN 2026 FOR VIRTUAL ACCESS BY ARCTIC COMMUNITIES TO ALOT TRAINING RESERVING PRIORITY FOR THE 2 INTERNATIONAL AND 2 ALASKA COMMUNITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE BATTELLE GRANT PROGRAM. THE ROADMAP ALSO FOSTERS ALIGNMENT AMONG STAKEHOLDERS, ENCOURAGING COLLABORATION AND COMMUNITY BUY-IN. IT STRENGTHENS THE FORUM'S ABILITY TO SECURE FUNDING AND RESOURCES BY DEMONSTRATING A WELL-DEFINED PLAN WITH MEASURABLE GOALS.
