Description
- Activities
- Three activities will be performed: 1) testing: researchers will determine what is the most relevant and impactful type of problem that eris can solve (e.g. accountability), develop a testing scenario, identify good test sites, kpis to measure, execute the test and from the results drive subsequent development directions and report on findings. 2) implementation: researchers will support testing in an actual relevant environment and enable the minimum robustness, performance, and set of capabilities needed to conduct a test without software issues and/or hardware failures, as well to improve our UI, capabilities and performance from what we learn from testing. 3) interfacing/publishing: researchers will interface the system with existing networks or distribution channels to provide complementary capabilities and connection to existing networks, and make the application available by publishing IT to application stores used by the community.
- Expected outcomes
- This project expects to result in essential software and hardware developments that will allow eris to test in actual (i.e. non testing) relevant environments, that will provide additional critical capabilities such as the ability to tag or communicate, as well as developing and executing tests that will prove that those efforts are moving the needle for the safety community.
