REVIEW OF THE REMEDIAL DESIGN AND REMEDIAL ACTION WORK PLANS. TO ACCOMPLISH THESE TASKS, THE MPCA WILL: REVIEW DOCUMENTS AND OTHER TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMEDIAL PROCESSES AT THE SITES AS REQUESTED BY EPA; HIRE A STATE CONSULTANT TO ASSIST WITH REVIEW OF THE FS, REMEDIAL DESIGN, REMEDIAL ACTION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS AS NEEDED; AND FORM A MPCA TEAM CONSISTING OF A PROJECT MANAGER, HYDROGEOLOGIST; AND IF NEEDED, HUMAN HEALTH RISK ASSESSOR, ECOLOGICAL RISK ASSESSOR, PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER AND/OR LAB QA/QC REVIEWER; AND UTILIZE THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL PER TASK; MPCA REVIEW TIME FRAMES WILL BE COORDINATED WITH APPROPRIATE EPA RPM.
