ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SITE-SPECIFIC ACTIONS: REVIEWING THE INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL IMPLEMENTATION AND ASSURANCE PLAN (ICIAP); ESTABLISHING THE GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT ZONE (GMZ); AND DEVELOPING THE FIVE-YEAR REVIEW (FYR) ADDENDUM.
