The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-08-25 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Westhampton, NY 11978 The National Guard - New York requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL FILTER TYPE PAINT SPRAY BOOTH (1) IFPG-121012 GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL FILTER TYPE PAINT SPRAY BOOTH: DIMENSIONS: 12? Wide Inside, 10? High Inside, and 12? Working Depth 12?-4? Wide Outside, 12?-10? High Outside, and 16?-2? Overall Depth. EXHAUST: A minimum face velocity of at least 100 FPM is provided by a 34? diameter spark-proof exhaust fan V-belt driven by a 5 HP 460/60/30 TEFC motor. LIGHTING: Provided by (4) four tube vapor tight fluorescent light fixture for mounting above booth ceiling panel. 120/60/10. CONSTRUCTION: 18 gauge galvanized steel panels flanged and punched, and connected via tie angles, floor channels, frames, nuts and bolts. Includes draft gauge and paint arrestor exhaust filters., 1, EA; LI 002: Add on for additional 6 ft. of work depth and (2) additional Class I, Div II Light Fixtures in ceiling., 1, EA; LI 003: 34" DIAMETER GALVANIZED STEEL EXHAUST STACK (1) 34? DIAMETER GALVANIZED STEEL EXHAUST STACK CONSISTING OF: *Roof flange for flat roof *(3) straight stack section, 3 ft. long *(3)Fan connecting ring *Special offset *Combination automatic damper and weather canopy, 1, EA; LI 004: ASSEMBLY OF SPRAY BOOTH AND EXHAUST STACK Install the 34? diameter exhaust stack to proceed straight up, offset and then tough a roof flange in the 18 ft. high flat metal deck roof. The stack will end with a combination automatic damper and weather canopy at least 6 ft. above the roof. The fan and motor will be mounted on top of the booth. Installation includes cutting a hole in the roof and properly flashing against weather leakage unless roof is corrugated metal, rubberized or bonded. In these cases, flashing of roof is by the customer?s roofer. Customer to verify that floor is level in proposed booth area., 1, EA; LI 005: DISASSEMBLY OF OLD SPRAY BOOTH: Disassemble the old spray booth and duct for disposal. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - New York intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - New York is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
