Proposals will be accepted from April 1st, 2022 through March 31st, 2024 for the National Defense Stockpile Research program managed by the Defense Logistics Agency Strategic Materials. The Government may pay less than full proposed costs for any future awards under this Broad Agency Announcement qualification. The place of performance will be within the United States.
