This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will have one base year and four (4) option years. Lab must be in the greater Fresno area due to sample hold times, drive routes and drive times after collection.Lab must be CA ELAP certified to conduct specific tests.
