The Shared Services Center awarded a purchase order to INA Led US, Inc. (doing business as INA Display), a minority-owned, woman-owned small business, for $122,139.72 on September 14, 2026, to procure Crestron Electronics audiovisual control equipment and five-year support services for Armstrong Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Performance occurs in Norwalk, California with delivery required by October 1, 2026. The procurement is firm fixed price under a brand-name sole-source justification; NASA determined Crestron maintains complete compatibility with the center's existing infrastructure and control systems. The scope includes one CP4N 4-Series Control System, one DM NVX Director network switching appliance, sixteen encoder/decoders, two touch screen panels, four Blackmagic Design micro converters, one managed network switch, and five years of annual support. The system supports minimum eight 4K 60Hz video inputs and outputs, 5760 x 1080 mosaic resolution, control of drapes and three lighting zones, and camera lift integration via RS-232. Remote support operates Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time.
