The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 5, is seeking qualified domestic sources for optical fabrication laboratory lens production equipment, with responses due by August 11, 2026. This is a sources sought notice to identify supplier availability and capability; responses will inform the Government's acquisition method determination. The Government seeks brand name or equivalent supply of a Satisloh VFT-orbit-2i lens generator, Converyor VFT-orbit-2i ISC (btF), Collet chuck VFT12-leaf standard, 2nd Fast Tool option VFT-orbit-2i, performance packs, and peripherals. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 5 seeks two Satisloh VFT-orbit-2i lens production generator machines with associated conveyors, collet chucks, fast tool options, performance packages, peripherals, and three years of preventative annual maintenance for the Optical Fabrication Lab in Boise, Idaho, with proposals due September 17 and questions due September 11.
