The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside contract for preventative maintenance of Physical Access Control System (PACS) equipment at the Veterans Benefits Administration Winston-Salem Regional Office, with no specified solicitation release date.

The period of performance is one base year (12 months) with four optional one-year extension periods at the Contracting Officer's discretion.
