Demonstrated past performance within five years must include a minimum of three completed heat pump projects valued at EUR 200,000 or greater, three Building Automation System installations valued at EUR 50,000 or greater, and two hydronic piping projects valued at EUR 100,000 or greater. Key personnel include a licensed Professional Engineer or Architect as Project Manager with minimum 10 years' experience and a Site Manager with 5 or more years of construction site management experience. All pricing must be quoted in Euros; Value Added Tax is not applicable due to U.S. Embassy tax exemption. Amendment 0001 (September 1) requires offers to provide a minimum of 180 calendar days for Government acceptance after the offer due date; offers providing less than this period will be rejected.
