The Bureau of Reclamation awarded a purchase order to Schubert Diana, doing business as Omega Supply, a woman-owned small business, for $1,163,340 on September 17, 2026, to procure portable transformer oil purification dry-out systems under a women-owned small business set-aside.
Performance occurs in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The procurement stems from the August 5, 2026 solicitation for nine to ten High Purity Northwest Thermo-Vac Mini-MOPS Systems (model HPNWMOPSTVG1-10-480V-VFD-64KW-DSA40-2/SS518/HR) with delivery originally required by August 31, 2027. Each system must remove water to below 10 ppm, process at minimum 10 gallons per minute, serve transformers containing 150 to 8,000 gallons, reduce moisture per IEEE C57.106-2002, and restore dielectric strength to at least 30kV/52kV per ASTM D1816. Systems require 3-phase 480V 60Hz connections, UL-listed NEMA 3 control enclosures, 304 stainless steel vacuum chambers, continuous unsupervised operation for 24 hours, and automated safety shut-offs. The order ultimate completion date is October 31, 2027.
