YOSE-ROAD STRIPING BOF AND HWY 41
The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, intends to solicit road striping services set-aside for small business, with an RFQ expected to release on or about 29 June 2026 and quotes due 25 June 2026.
Work consists of applying waterborne traffic paint to roads throughout Yosemite from Crane Flat intersection to the park boundary in Hodgdon Meadows, Chilnualna Falls Road to the park boundary in Wawona, and Hodgdon Meadow Road and Chilnualna Falls Road. Performance occurs at multiple locations within the park during periods of low traffic, between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, excluding weekends and holidays unless approved by Park Management. Work includes roadway sweeping prior to paint application and traffic control to minimize tracking; any tracking will be corrected to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer's Representative. Temperature will be a determining factor in scheduling. Contractors must use cones, crash cushion trucks, or pilot vehicles to eliminate tracking.
This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only; offers from non-SB entities will be rejected as nonresponsive. NAICS code 237310 applies with a $45 million size standard. The Government estimates construction magnitude between $100,000 and $500,000 and intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. Award selection will compare price against non-price factors including technical capability and past performance. The RFQ will be available on SAM.gov with electronic commerce access only.
