The awardee is a minority-owned, Black American-owned small disadvantaged business. Work is performed at 1501 North Poplar Street, Casper, Wyoming and covers daily midday and nightly cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor care, and semi-annual deep cleaning across 24,000 square feet of office, theater, exhibit, and public lobby space. The contract period runs April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2031, comprising one base year plus four option years. Cleaning schedules include midday service (one two-hour rotation beginning 11:30 a.m. on public operating days Tuesday–Saturday, May 1–September 30), nightly cleaning every night of operation, and bi-annual deep cleaning in October–November and March–April. The contractor must provide Green Seal-certified products and equipment, designate a trained Site Supervisor present at all shifts, and maintain minimum $500,000 general liability coverage.
