Work is performed at 4701 North Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130. The system monitors approximately 3,000 square feet including public visitor space, employee workspace, three entrance doors, contact/exhibit area, exterior amphitheater, art wall, and parking lot. Cameras must meet 4 MP resolution, 30 fps recording, mechanical IR cut filter to 0.001 lux low-light performance, 25x optical zoom, H.265/H.264 compression, and ONVIF Profile S, G, T compliance. The system includes real-time monitoring and recording with 30-day automatic retention on Avigilon NVR, motion-detection recording, outdoor temperature operation from −30°C to +65°C, and IP67 enclosure rating. Deliverables include a customized site plan due within 15 business days of kickoff, installation within 45 calendar days of plan approval, one-year warranty, and one-time staff training. The contract includes four option years. Performance runs through January 24, 2031.
