The survey area is divided into four zones requiring different survey combinations: 1,101 acres for plant, Pinyon Jay, and raptor surveys; 728 acres for Pinyon Jay and raptor only; 901 acres for Pinyon Jay only; and 335 acres for plant surveys only. Performance runs February 1, 2027 through October 5, 2027, with staggered field windows—Pinyon Jay surveys February 15 through April 15, plant surveys March 15 through May 15, and raptor surveys April 15 through June 30. Deliverables include results letters within two weeks of each survey completion, a draft final report by September 15, 2027, and a final comprehensive report with GIS data in ESR shapefile format (UTM NAD 83 Zone 13) by the ultimate completion date. Place of performance is Montrose, Colorado. The order originated from a solicitation posted August 11, 2026, with quotes due August 31, 2026.
