McAllister Technical Services is a self-certified small disadvantaged business and manufacturer of specialized ultra-high vacuum laboratory equipment based in Hayden, Idaho. Work is performed in Hayden, Idaho. The endstation comprises a stainless steel vacuum chamber with removable aluminum top flange achieving 10^-6 Torr base pressure, a motorized camera manipulation stage with four degrees of freedom for positioning an existing PI-MTE3 EUV camera, and a motorized wafer manipulation stage with X-Y axes and minimum two degrees of freedom for positioning 300mm silicon wafers. Interior chamber dimensions are 40 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 23.5 inches minimum height. Optional deliverables include closed-loop camera feedback, electrostatic wafer chuck, extended Z-axis and rotational movement, extended wafer travel, and on-site installation and training services. All items must be new; delivery is required within 120 days of receipt of order, with payment upon installation, acceptance, and successful testing.
