Description
SOF raptor III is a responsive, flexible vehicle to deliver capability and services to the special operations forces (SOF) community. SOF requirements are typically unique and unpredictable, and the individual task orders (to) that will be issued under this contract will be awarded to best address these unique requirements. The united states special operations command (ussocom) and its component commands -united states army special operations command (usasoc), air force special operations command (afsoc), naval special warfare command (navspecwarcom), joint special operations command (jsoc), and marine special operations command (marsoc) - have a requirement to conduct training, mission planning, preview, and rehearsal using a mix of live, virtual and constructive simulation applications. This task order supports the united states army special operations command (usasoc) requirement of providing exercise support including scripting, conop development, target coordination, role player support, and inter-agency replication for crisis response force (CRF) emergency deployment readiness exercises (edres). These exercises will validate readiness and capability to conduct crisis response in specific areas of responsibility (AOR). The exercises will include multiple full mission profile (FMP) targets during which the contractor will provide role-players, staff and inter-agency subject matter experts (SME), lead planners (chief liaison officer), opposing forces (opfor) and exercise controllers at target locations covering the full spectrum of special operations support. The contractor will provide intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities during assault force execution as well as full integration of special activities advanced forward operations (AFO). These exercises will provide full scope freefall training and full mission profile white cell services to evaluate joint mission essential task list (jmetl) capabilities. Each exercise will require consistent contractor planning and unit liaison to ensure all conop development and associated documentation is facilitated in its entirety by the contractor.
