The Department of the Treasury's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) awarded Deloitte Consulting LLP a $363,404,325.44 firm-fixed-price delivery order for long-term integration support of the Customer Account Data Engine 2 (CADE 2) program. CADE 2 is a major IRS technology modernization initiative to enhance taxpayer services and compliance.
The delivery order was issued under the Total Information Processing Support Services 4 (TIPSS-4) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, a $60.7 billion vehicle that provides the IRS with professional IT services. Deloitte has subcontracted portions of the work to several small, disadvantaged, and minority-owned businesses including Revenue Service Technologies LLC, Cybersoft Technologies Inc., Aptnexus LLC, Portal Technologies Corp, ASR Analytics LLC, Pinnacle Federal Advisory LLC, High Quotient, Goal Group LLC, Thelan Inc., Compumatics Group L.L.C., and Intellasource Inc. The contract does not have a small business set-aside.
