Lots 0001 and 0002 will be Total Small Business Set-Asides using Commercial procedures (FAR Part 12). Lots 0001 and 0002 will consist of a 1-year Base Term and four 1-year Options.Solicitation SPM1C1-17-R-0084 will be evaluated under Best Value Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: Product Demonstration Models and Past Performance Confidence Assessment. Two Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contracts are anticipated.
