Added: Feb 07, 2017 6:06 am The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:Branch Piping Repairs and Batooms Refinishing Services U.S. Embassy Tokyo, JapanThe Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Unit Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Construction Type Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the second quarter of fiscal year 2017.The contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.The contractor shall perform all works and construction activities including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for the branch piping repairs and associated batooms refinishing services at Mitsui Housing Compound (Perry Tower, Harris Tower, and Grew Towers) located at 2-1-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032, Japan.NOTE: Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award.
