THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP OR STAFFING FOR FOCUSED SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY STUDIES, ADVANCED SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND INDEPENDENT REVIEWS OF ALL ACTIVITIES ISSUED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. INDEPENDENT INSPECTION, ANALYSIS (INCLUDING MODELING AND SIMULATION), AND/OR TEST SHALL BE USED IN EXECUTION OF THIS SUPPORT; OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT) TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASKS. THE ASSIGNED SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT SERVING ON THE INDEPENDENT REVIEW BOARD SHALL PARTICIPATE WITH OTHER NASA, CIVIL SERVANT, MILITARY, AND CONTRACTED BOARD MEMBERS WITH THE SAME AND/OR DIVERSE PROGRAMMATIC AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE.
