Description
This order is issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the basic contract NND07AA08B to award task order no. NND07BO03T incorporating the statement of work entitled,"F-15 C/D simulation for NASA" and boeing proposal 9M-BC01-NLP-66243 dated may 15, 2007 continued ... NASA dryden flight research center is upgrading the F-15 non-real time flight simulation that is needed to support current and future flight research programs. NASA has several F-15 test research aircraft; one of these aircraft is F-15 #836, currently being used for the supersonic quiet spike program. Boeing can provide aerodynamic and propulsion simulation data that will be integrated with the NASA F-15 simulation and the boeing simulation of the F-15 flight control system to achieve an accurate representation of the time history response to pilot command inputs of the F-15 C/D aircraft. Boeing will also provide simulation check case data and support NASA verification of the simulation.
