IDIQ MACC FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND REPAIR OF COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AT VARIOUS FACILITIES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND ARIZONA, NAVFAC SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
This solicitation is for multiple award construction contracts to provide new construction, renovation, and repair services for commercial and industrial facilities located in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. With a maximum total value of $99,999,000 over a five-year period, including options, the contracts will provide general construction services such as administration buildings, training facilities, maintenance facilities and other similar structures. Work will take place at government installations in California (84%) and Arizona (16%) through June 2025.
