Added: Jun 29, 2012 4:40 pm The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire, on a competitive small business set-aside basis, Administrative Support services to facilitate processing of Clear and Legible Reporting requirements at the Navy Military Treatment Facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing support services for the administrative review of all incoming CLRs for accuracy, completeness, and legibility and posting of consultation reports for patients referred both to and from civilian network providers. THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS REFLECTS CURRENT KNOWLEDGE AS OF THIS PRINTING. THESE FACTS MAY BE UPDATED OR REVISED IN THE ACTUAL REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS, WHEN ISSUED. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain non personal administrative support services in clear and legible reporting services that will compile and send reports to Civilian providers; review incoming reports and determine acceptability; monitor timelines of incoming CLRs; monitor and record MTF provider compliance with acknowledging receipt of CLR; chase delinquent CLRs; and cross-check referral authorization. It is anticipated that the contractor personnel will work in space provided by the Government at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF). The CONUS MTFs may include the following: NH CAMP PENDLETON NH LEMOORE NMC SAN DIEGO NH TWENTYNINE PALMS NH PENSACOLA NH JACKSONVILLE FHCC-FORMERLY NHC GREAT LAKES WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MED CENTER NHC PATUXENT RIVER NH CAMP LEJEUNE NHC CHERRY POINT NAVAL HEALTH CLINIC NEW ENGLAND NHC CHARLESTON-JB CHARLESTN (NAV WPNSTA) NH BEAUFORT NHC CORPUS CHRISTI NMC PORTSMOUTH NH BREMERTON NH OAK HARBOR NHC HAWAII-JB PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM NHC ANNAPOLIS NHC QUANTICO It is intended that this procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) will apply. It is anticipated that firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, multiple award contracts will result from this solicitation. It is anticipated that the basic ordering period will be 01 December 2012 tough 30 November 2013. It is further anticipated that an additional two (2) twelve-month option periods will be included for a total maximum of thirty-six (36) ordering months if all options are exercised. This is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation, N00189-12-R-Z091, is anticipated to be released by 18 July 2012 and will be made available electronically upon its release to NECO, www.neco.navy.mil.
