M00681-21-Q-0016 SOURCES SOUGHT (REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY) Requirement Information: The Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST is conducting market research (sources sought) to identify vendors capable of providing leasing of equipment and maintenance services for the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, for Parts Washers and Spray Paint Gun Cleaners. This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the United States Marine Corps (USMC). This market research is being conducted to increase competition for this requirement by identifying potential vendor interest to include whether or not this requirement can be satisfied with a Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 532490 “Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing” SBA Size Standard: $35.0 Million in Annual Revenue The Government will use the information received from vendors in response to this sources sought to determine the best acquisition strategy for this requirement. The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a) businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, etc. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all management, tools, supplies, chemicals, equipment leasing, labor, repair, replacement, installation, relocation, and maintenance of Parts Washers and Spray Paint Gun Cleaners, for MCB Camp Pendleton as identified in the draft Performace Work Statement. The capabilities statement must clearly detail the firm's ability to perform all aspects of this notice and must include a repsonse to the following: 1. The Marine Corps Installations West (MCI-West) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) has a requirement to provide Leasing and Maintenance Services for Parts Washers and Spray Paint Gun Cleaners, located on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. The RCO intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other that Full and Open Competition 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized by Statute, specifically, as it relates to 15 U.S.C. 637(m)(8) as implemented by FAR 19.1506 Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program sole source awards.
