Solicitation for DHS Human Systems Integration
Added: Jul 29, 2013 4:40 pm This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.203(a). The Directorate of Science and Technology (S&T) within the Department of Homeland Security has a requirement to procure a full range of HSI services including (1) the application of the HSI process to DHS technology and systems development efforts to meet customer requirements and (2) core support to both policy and acquisition workforce development initiatives. Efforts under the second phase will also focus on continued measurement of the magnitude of the benefits of applying the process and the subsequent increases in operational efficiency, effectiveness and capability.
