Description

NEI needs to extend the POP for the existing netapp maintenance contract ending on 4/30/2018 instead of exercising a new option year under the contract. This extension is needed to ensure the existing equipment is covered under the maintenance agreement while we complete the deployment of the new netapp system. The new netapp system is already covered under a separate maintenance agreement. Once the maintenance extension expires, NEI will not be exercising the additional option years in the contract.
