Description

PR 2107207OTT001: TSA seeks source to provide automated multi-level training assessment program (AMTAP) support. Details and requirements for support are provided within SOW with the capability for trainers, site training supervisors, managers, and executives to be able to make informed decisions about the effectiveness of training conducted at TSA, or the need for remedial action to correct job performance deficiencies. This requires the virtually immediate availability of accurately gathered information that can be reviewed and analyzed on a real-time basis, as part of a constant and consistent process of training assessment, modification and improvement, as well as, other survey requirements. Enabling, observing, capturing, processing, reporting, reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring training evaluation and test data are all key to any ongoing effort to discern trends. Follow-up actions can thus focus on recognizing and replicating program strengths as well as identifying, analyzing and initiating the required changes that mitigate / obviate program weaknesses. The centralized, multi-level training data collection and evaluation process described will continue to collect level 1 and level 4 data through a combination of scan able paper evaluation forms, electronic data input, telephone response, supervisor-observed electronic assessment job performance, transcribed handwritten comments provided by students and instructors, and provide ROI data. This is replacing PR 2106206WPT216. Total $value of PR is $724,000.00. Amount obligated to this contract is $723,651.75. This contract is a base + 4 option year period.
