Description

RE-compete forthe purpose of the reqest is to RE-compete the annual employee survey (AES) currently provided by westat under hshqdc-08-Q-00360. The winning bid contractor will assist the department of homeland security (DHS) in the development (design and content), administration and reporting of the 2009 AES and analyses of the data collected, as requested, for subsequent surveys. With data and analyses from the AES, DHS can identify and assess employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness, while comparing itself to the internal benchmarks set by previous surveys. The data provided by this survey will help DHS evaluate its performance by forecasting organizational trends and assessing current strengths and deficiencies. The results will also be used to direct organizational interventions to the areas where performance improvement is most needed.
