Description
Other functions. Socio-economic impact of NASA space investments (seinsi). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide NASA with the tools, methodology and product line to better understand and characterize the cumulative socio-economic impacts of its investments in space on the U.S. Economy. NASA is looking for a standardized data product, a systematically produced stream of information that can be regularly incorporated into the operations of the agency. The resulting data set will then inform NASA leadership of the impact NASA has made on the U.S. Economy, assist in analysis of potential future investments and, serve as the basis for an external communication package for public release. The contractor shall develop a data product strategy to characterize, track, and report the cumulative effects (primary, secondary and tertiary) of NASA s investments on a wide range of economic sectors. The contractor shall demonstrate the effectiveness of the data product strategy by applying IT to a full range of NASA investments and the defined set of economic sectors.
