The work is accomplished on various Army, Navy, and Air Force weapons systems and support equipment. The solicitation contemplates the award of up to seven contracts (with up to tee awards under the small business set-aside and up to four awards under full and open competition). The government reserves the right to award more or less contracts or to a different small/large business mix if in the best interests of the government. The contrct will contain time and materials, firm-fixed price, cost plus incentive fee, and fixed price incentive (Firm) contract line items. Any contracts resulting from this solicitation shall be evaluated using source selection procedures set forth is AFFARs 5315.3.
