In the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include cooking, serving, and replenishing food to ensure continued service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a base year and four (4) one-year options. The Base Year Period of Performance will be 1 Apr 15 - 31 Mar 16. The period of performance for the option years will be 1 Apr tough 31 Mar. The North American Industry System code is 722310. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. All offerors require 8(a) certification and verification. There is no geographic restriction. SBA Requirement Number: 1087-15-500452.Joint Venture Agreements -Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides and must be received by SBA prior to bid opening date and approved before award of a resulting contract. It is also recommended that the agreement be submitted as soon as practicable to ensure compliance with established regulations.
