Description
"other function" - the purpose of this task order is to purchase three web based surveys to measure student borrower's customer satisfaction under contract #ED-FSA-10-d-0008.FSA needs detailed customer service studies to assess satisfaction with its key aid delivery products and services. Federal student aid (FSA) requires the contractor to conduct three surveys. The first is a web-based a survey of financial aid administrators. Data points received from this survey are to be used for FSA performance metrics that are included in the customer satisfaction annual report. The second is a web-based survey of borrowers that are about to enter (or have recently entered) into repayment. Data points from this survey will be used to measure satisfaction with exit counseling procedures and measure borrower confidence in their preparedness for entering into the last (and usually longest) phase of borrowing. The third is a web-based survey of students who previously responded to a free application for federal student aid (fafsa) survey and are currently attending school. This survey s strategy aligns with FSA s push for an integrated student experience (ISE). Rather than providing snapshots of different students at different points in time, this survey represents the first of potentially several surveys that follow the same student s throughout the student aid lifecycle, allowing US to monitor changes in customer satisfaction levels and interactions between products and services.
