The Department of Energy (DOE) awarded a $293,079.32 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order contract to Allegient Defense, Inc. to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the DOE's Office of Fossil Energy, including its headquarters programs, the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), and relevant capabilities at other national laboratories. The assessment will examine roles and responsibilities to ensure the Fossil Energy research and development portfolio and supporting infrastructure are aligned with policy and technology strategy. This contract is not associated with a larger contract vehicle and does not have a set-aside designation.
