The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements contract with a base period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, and four optional one-year renewal periods extending through August 31, 2031. Services include parking lot plowing and walkway shoveling (approximately 30,000 square feet of parking and 2,000 square feet of sidewalks at the Supervisor's Office; 24,000 square feet of parking and 1,800 square feet of sidewalks at the Ranger District), plus salting and sanding operations. Snow removal must commence when accumulation exceeds three inches, with removal required prior to 6:30 AM for overnight snowfall and within two hours of notification for daytime accumulations.
