This is a $99,353,440.45 Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract awarded by the Naval Air Warfare Center to prime contractor Jacobs Technology Inc. for the Air Launch Test Capability (ALTC) and conceptual design of the Under Water Test Capability (ULTC). The contract does not have a set-aside designation.

The contract requires Jacobs Technology to provide modifications, upgrades, design and development, testing and evaluation, operations, sustainment and support for special test equipment including a Test Payload Tube, Launch Test Stand, Launch Test Vehicles, Advanced Payload Module, Cross Flow Simulator and Control and Data Acquisition Next Generation system. This work supports risk mitigation testing of new weapons systems prior to live fire events.

Jacobs Technology is leveraging several subcontractors for this effort, including North Point Strategic Solutions LLC, Heilind Mil-Aero LLC, Bosch Rexroth Corporation, Ellwood Specialty Metals Company, Graybar Electric Company Inc., and others. This follows a previous $92.9 million IDIQ contract that Jacobs Technology held with NAVAIR for Tactical Integrated Threat and Target Training Systems.
