This is a sole-source award to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for the sustainment of the LCS Class Combat System, including the COMBATSS-21 Combat Management System and associated combat system elements. The $791,586,940 cost-plus-incentive fee contract will cover development, integration, support, test and evaluation, fleet support, labs, provisioning, data, and engineering services for the LCS combat system over 84 months from March 2020 to March 2027. LM RMS, located in Moorestown, NJ, was selected as the only responsible source able to meet the Navy's requirements without impacting operational readiness.
