The Government will hold a site visit at Dugway Proving Ground on 23 May 2017 beginning at 1000 in building Chemical Test Facility at DITTO. All interested firms may attend with a limit of tee (3) attendees per firm. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees to the KO by Thursday May 18, 2017. There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference held at the conclusion of the site visit and will be held at 0900 in building CCTF at DITTO, Dugway Proving Grounds is remotely location roughly 100 miles from Salt Lake City, UT. Technical questions will be addressed during the course of the site visit. If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Performance Work Statement requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. No dining facilities are available after hours normally or extremely limited. The closest town to seek lodging and dining is 40 miles from Dugway called Tooele, UT or Lake Point, UT. Please allow time for traveling to Dugway for badging etc. The Salt Lake City airport is 2 hours from Dugway and has adequate lodging and food opportunities. There is a security requirement for accessing the post. Please see the Performance of Work for more details.
