QUESTION: During review of the prototype; a question was asked about having bubble tight dampers on the supply side.

ANSWER:

The answer was that we don't need to isolate the supply side ducts.

The COR, double-checked the PWS; which has ...install new digital Variable Air Volume valves (VAVs), ductwork, and bubble tight dampers for selected supply/return lines, hoods, and snorkels (Appendix A1 - Layout).

Clarification:

The bubble tight dampers are only required on the exhaust side not the supply side with the purpose of being able to isolate each room.
