INTERESTED PARTIES MUST SUBMIT SEPARATE WHITE PAPERS FOR EACH PROPOSED PROJECT. MULTIPLE PROJECTS ARE NOT TO BE COMBINED INTO A SINGLE WHITE PAPER.
