Description

The department of veterans affairs (VA), office of resolution management (ORM) is an organization charged with processing of employment discrimination complaints filed against the VA and is responsible for providing a variety of services to prevent, resolve, and process equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints in a timely and high quality manner. If a complaint is accepted for investigation, an EEO investigator will be assigned to the case. The investigator is authorized to take statements from witnesses under oath and gather pertinent documents and records. The investigator will assemble the file and prepare a report which will summarize the evidence gathered. VA established the office of accountability review (OAR) to accelerate leadership accountability actions and ensure that such actions are applied consistently across the VA. The office resides within the office of general counsel (OGC) and reports directly to both OGC and the deputy secretary of VA. ORM and OAR have a continuous need for court reporting and transcription services to service all ORM and OAR offices nationally, U.S. Territories and U.S. Possessions. ORM and OAR both require the same court reporting and transcriptions services and will be serviced under these bpas.
