100,000 ONE LITER BOTTLED WATERS TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31, 2011. DELIVERIES WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND THE FEMA DC-ATLANTA POINT OF CONTACT PROHIBITED. ALL BOTTLED WATER SHIPMENTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: WATER SHOULD BE IN 1.0 LITER BOTTLES AND HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE OF 24 MONTHS FROM TIME OF DELIVERY. WATER SHALL BE PACKED IN THE VENDOR S STANDARD COMMERCIAL CASTING, WHICH SHALL BE SHIPPED ON INDUSTRY STANDARD SIZE PALLETS (48 INCHES BY 40 INCHES, 4 WAY). PALLETS OF WATER SHALL BE FULLY COVERED ON ALL SIDES (EXCLUDING THE TOP AND BOTTOM) WITH A MINIMUM OF (10) LAYER OF STRETCH-WRAP. THE STRETCH WRAP SHALL EXTEND OVER THE TOP OF THE PACKAGED PRODUCT BY A MINIMUM OF SIX INCHES. MATERIAL SHALL BE STACKED SO THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF EACH PALLETS AND MATERIAL DOES NOT EXCEED 55 INCHES.
