Tereza, Vzdelavaci Centrum, Z.u., operating as Tereza - Sdruzeni Pro, is a non-profit organization registered to receive federal grant awards from the U.S. government. The entity specializes in educational and scientific programs, with a particular focus on environmental learning and observations. Tereza has been actively involved in the GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) program, a worldwide hands-on science and education initiative established in the United States and implemented in 127 countries. The organization's expertise lies in organizing conferences, developing educational exhibits, and enhancing student and teacher learning in scientific fields. Tereza serves as a key partner in promoting environmental science education and research on a global scale, bridging the gap between international scientific initiatives and local educational institutions.

Through its federal grant awards and sub-awards, Tereza has undertaken a variety of projects that demonstrate its commitment to advancing science education and environmental awareness. The organization has received prime federal grant awards from the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, a civilian agency within the U.S. Department of State. These grants have supported projects such as organizing the GLOBE Conference 2024, creating hands-on critical thinking laboratories, and developing interactive visual media literacy exhibits for children's science museums. Additionally, Tereza has been awarded multiple sub-grants, primarily through the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, to serve as the GLOBE Regional Coordination Office for the Europe and Eurasia region. In this capacity, Tereza provides regional office services and coordinates GLOBE program activities across Europe and Eurasia, facilitating the implementation of the program's curriculum and research initiatives in local schools and communities. These projects showcase Tereza's role in fostering international collaboration in science education, promoting environmental stewardship, and enhancing critical thinking skills among students and educators in the region.
