Sababa Development Center LBG is a non-profit organization registered in SAM.gov, with an active registration valid through May 31, 2025. The organization appears to focus on international development and cross-cultural programs, particularly targeting women's economic empowerment and educational initiatives in Ghana. As a non-profit entity, Sababa Development Center LBG has demonstrated capability in executing project-based grants that support diplomatic and cultural exchange objectives.

The organization has received multiple federal grant awards primarily from civilian agencies within the U.S. Department of State, specifically the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Bureau of African Affairs. These grants have consistently centered on women's entrepreneurship and economic development in Ghana, including projects to recruit, train, and provide networking opportunities for Ghanaian women entrepreneurs. For example, their August 2023 grant for $184,420 focused on building opportunities for existing and potential women entrepreneurs through learning, networking, and mentoring programs. Another recent grant involved logistical arrangements for a pre-fellowship orientation for participants in the Community College Initiative Program. The grants, typically ranging from 4-6 months in duration, are categorized as Project Grants under Public Diplomacy Programs and aim to advance U.S. foreign policy objectives by engaging and supporting international communities through targeted educational and entrepreneurial initiatives.
