About the company
Lwrc International, LLC is a for-profit limited liability company headquartered in Cambridge, Maryland, that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of firearms and rifle components to federal agencies. As an established manufacturer of small arms systems, the company serves as a reliable supplier to multiple branches of the federal government, providing Model 6 rifles, rifle kits, parts, and related tactical equipment. The company maintains an active registration in SAM.gov and has demonstrated consistent capacity to fulfill federal procurement requirements across defense and law enforcement operations.
Lwrc International's federal contract award history reflects a focused product portfolio centered on M6 rifle systems and associated components. The company has received multiple purchase orders and blanket purchase agreement calls from the Department of Defense for the delivery of complete rifles, rifle kits, parts, and refurbishment components, with individual contract values ranging from $15,200 to $362,999.46. Additional contract work has been performed for the Executive Office for US Attorneys within the Department of Justice, which awarded a $19,005 purchase order for M6-ICA5 complete rifles in July 2023. The company also fulfilled a federal contract with the Bureau of Industry and Security, a civilian component of the Department of Commerce, for the delivery of weapons valued at $62,281.25. All identified contract awards have been issued on a firm-fixed-price basis with no socioeconomic set-aside designations applied. Performance locations have primarily been at Lwrc International's headquarters facility in Cambridge, Maryland, with some work performed at satellite locations in Springfield, Virginia. To date, the company records indicate no identified major subcontractors on these awards.
Lwrc International holds a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement with the Department of Defense, established on September 21, 2023, with a ceiling value of $1,389,404 and an expiration date of September 20, 2028. This five-year ordering vehicle authorizes the procurement of M6 rifles, rifle kits, and associated component parts to support Department of Defense small arms acquisition requirements. The BPA operates on a firm-fixed-price basis with performance at Lwrc International's Cambridge, Maryland facility. Multiple task orders and calls have been issued under this agreement, including a $362,999.46 call awarded on September 22, 2023, for Model 6 rifles and associated components, a $19,950 call awarded on September 3, 2024, and two substantial calls totaling $194,432.64 awarded on September 1, 2025. These calls have collectively obligated approximately $577,382.10 of the available $1,389,404 ceiling, leaving approximately $812,022 available for future task orders through the agreement's September 2028 termination date. The BPA represents the company's primary vehicle for ongoing federal procurement relationships and reflects the Department of Defense's confidence in Lwrc International's capacity and capability to supply critical small arms systems over an extended ordering period.
SBA capabilities narrative
LWRCI is a high performance rifle brand delivering custom features and innovation not available with most "out of the box" production models. When you purchase LWRCI you are STEPPING UP to high-performance. Unlike most AR brands, outsourcing is not an option. LWRCI manufactures its own cold hammer-forged barrels to ensure the same high standards as our guns with a quality we can confidently stand behind. Each barrel is manufactured out of 41V45 steel alloy treated with NiCorr surface conversion technology. The cold hammer forging process compacts a gundrilled barrel blank over a mandrel using pressure rotary hammers. This forms a perfect rifling devoid of tool marks, stronger and denser than any other process. LWRCI barrels stand up better to extreme use than standard barrels without degradation of accuracy or loss of velocity. Our NiCorr surface conversion is permanently lubricious, harder wearing, more heat and corrosion resistant than hard chrome barrel surfaces.
